I've always had a passion for woodcraft. The first thing I ever made was a balsa-wood fishing boat when I was 5 years old. I carved these instruments in my teenage years. I've also built furniture including the retro style desk that I have in my studio.
I use only hand tools when working with wood. Saws, knives, sandpaper. I love working the wood by hand, it's wonderfully therapeutic, like yoga. But the truth is, I don't have a woodworking shop, nor the space for one. And so I will plod along with my hand saws as I have always done.
Are you a wood enthusiast who appreciates a good grain and and a tidy dovetail joint? Feel free to drop me a line.
